Kernel/Frattini tower closers for Section 7

This sidecar targets the route2 kernel/frattini/raw tower surface without editing the integrated route. It uses the already-existing coherent MinimalBlockKernelModuleActualProofs packet to build the concrete provenance object consumed downstream. This replaces the ten independent route2 kernel/frattini/raw/head choices by one same-tower manuscript object:

• least K over the selected non-scalar chief factor;
• literal R = Phi(K) with the Frattini-centralizer collapse facts;
• raw R, M, T, C objects and induced actions;
• the literal K/R ~= M bridge;
• nontriviality of the head M/T.

The resulting closure contains the single manuscript-shaped packet minimalBlock_kernelModuleActualProofs, rather than the route2 ten-pack of independent least-kernel, Frattini, raw-object/action, bridge, and head axioms.
