Compatibility wrapper for Section 7 simple-head/scalar closers

The implementation moved to MinimalBlockSimpleHeadSemanticClosers.lean, which keeps this module name stable for the current integrated route while replacing the four exposed simple-head/scalar packets by smaller semantic residuals.
